After the harvest, grapes are riping for 4 months long, losing the 40% of their weight. Grapes are pressed and left in stainless steel tanks where maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature can start. Amarone della Valpolicella DOС have an intense rubin red colour with garnet hues. It is characterized by rich fruity and spicy flavours; dry, full body and smoothy. It matches perfectly with roasts, wild meat and aged cheeses. We suggest to open the bottle one hour before serving.
